RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that considerable time and expense is incurred in booking and preparing for your flight. Regardless of reason, cancellations, transfers to another date and other switches result in a costly process of letters, toll calls, record adjustments, etc., plus the loss of revenue if time does not permit a resale. For this reason, we have instituted the following policy:

A valid credit card number or cash deposit of 100% of the fare for all passengers booking is required in order to reserve your flight. All passengers must call and reconfirm reservations a minimum of 24 hrs. prior to the scheduled flight time. This allows us to obtain a local phone number from you so that we can keep you abreast of expected weather conditions and inform you of the designated meeting spot for your specific flight. If we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to sell your space and your deposit will be lost. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, we must receive notice at least 48 hours prior to your flight. If we do not receive 48 hours notice, your credit card will be charged the full fare for all passengers in your party or your cash deposit will be forfeited. Gift certificates will be considered used. Any passenger booked for a flight that we cancel and who cannot be rescheduled will receive a full refund.

All guests must sign a liability and assumption of risk waiver form. Although every precaution is taken to provide for a safe and enjoyable ride, balloon flights, by their very nature, involve a certain amount of risk. Fantasy Flights, LLC and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property.
